Lofton, Although it is not a requirement, I think adding a point to the scale function would make coding easier for the average user. I see no downside to this. And SVG omits it as well. (Which is relevant but not the determinant of this issue for WebCGM.) Ulrich reports [3], after working on transform tests, that his team *strongly* supports the addition of the parameter.
