Thanks Don.

Forrest, we have updated the matrix [1] according to Don's 
reviews.  Because Don found errors and/or suggestions for improvement, we 
changed the status to "reworking".  If you want to disagree with any of the 
reviews, please do -- we'll then work it out whether or not we should make 
changes.
