WebCGM TC --

Our main TC work is to progress the test suite.  But we also need to 
carefully track technical issues that the WG is resolving.

It appears to me [1] that there are no open technical issues now.  (Altho' 
things like item #g will probably generate further technical discussion 
once I have some draft text to look at.)

Have I overlooked any already-raised issues?  Do you have any new ones 
pending (as a consequence of your TS and implementation work)?
