Except for the fact that the Description field in the standard test header says "tests line type initial offset", I concur.
I recommend we put this on tomorrow's telecon agenda (we are having one, right?) for approval.

- I have looked at alphaEscape and the html now passes the html validator and the CGM has been fixed as well.
