Forrest, can you please fix the problems that Rob reports?

Rob, all -- I will move it to "TAP", which means "approved" at next TC 
telecon (3/18), unless objections.  If Forrest fixes the 2 small issues, it 
will go to Approved (blue) on 3/18, else approved (lime).
