Don -- I have edited test-matrix.htm, and on the four files for which
Forrest had content suggestions, I changed the links to point to this
message.  Note that other "reworking" files still have
issues, though Forrest gave the "OK" on content. 
Altogether, there are comments from Rob, Ulrich, Forrest, sometimes
overlapping -- sorry that the matrix can only point to one source, but I
reckon you can dig them all out of the archive.

Forrest -- thanks for the helpful content suggestions.
