Don, are there any other review comments (e.g. test content, coverage,
etc.)?  If not, we can advance these to TAP status.  The
transformAnimation.cgm metafile is in clear text encoding, and that needs to
be fixed before publication of the test suite.  The other two metafiles are
OK.

I have uploaded new versions of the 3 HTML files, which now show no more
errors/warnings when checking against the W3C validator, and also
enhanced the descriptive strings.
