A new test has been submitted to ftp site-

aciForceSubstitution


Also the aciSimpleFontSubstitution.aci file was modified in 
accordance with the new aciForceSubstitution test, i.e. 
"forceSubstitution" attribute was removed so that it could 
be tested independently in aciForceSubstitution.
