Lofton,

After looking at the tests, many of them test both the APS and picture
level, so I don't think we need an additional test for the picture level.

Several tests list "Picture and APS Level" in the description.  Is that 
accurate?

In the telecon, I thought I heard that your tests were all only APS 
level.  If I misunderstood, i.e., if "picture and APS" description is 
accurate, then there might be no need for your action item, to create a 
test that does a single simple verification of "picture level"
functionality.

If "Picture and APS Level" is inaccurate, then I'll update the matrix.
