Status of the subString test.

Lofton,

Stuart's last submission [1], addressed the remaining outstanding issues
that Forrest found in the subString test [2]. I think we missed this amid
the flurry of activity surrounding the virtual F2F meeting last week.

The status of the subString test should be updated from Approved (lime) to
Approved (blue).
