Thanks for the review Rob.

Since this is 'lime' already, and since the problems are "non-fatal" (test 
can be used), I'll leave it's status as is (lime Approved).

Rob, All -- will someone volunteer to go through all the HTML files and fix 
any validation problems?  I suspect the number of invalid is relatively few 
by now, and we know what the problems are.  We would "lock down" other 
modification to the FTP site during.  This is something that we should do 
within about 2 weeks.
