Thanks for clarifying.  Stuart and I puzzled over the wording of 3.3 and 
3.4 for some time and came up with the "sequential" interpretation rather 
than the correct "concurrent".

(3.4 might benefit from a little editorial clarification next time the 
Process document is being edited.)
