Hi WebCGM TC --

In case you're curious why you're again seeing these testimonials 
("Statements of Use") about WebCGM 2.1...

Stuart submitted his request for OS ballot after a joint review (with me), 
and we got one push-back from TC-admin:  the required "Statements of Use" 
did not adequately touch the bases now required by the TC Process (slightly 
changed requirement since the 2.0 submission three years ago).

The revised wording of the statements solves that issue, and things appear 
to be progressing satisfactorily.
