CGM Open Members,

Anne Mumford opined that the ISPs ought to be preserved, with a "confirm" 
vote in SC24.  I suggested to Steve that the CGMO members probably don't 
feel strongly about the ISPs, and it would be okay with us to defer to 
Anne's opinion (she was the source of this work, and a Profiles Workshop 
which proceeded it).

I did this because we were short of time, to get a resolution before the 
SC24 plenary meeting.  If I mis-spoke, i.e., if anyone objects to 
"confirm", please let me know.
