Vancouver TC meeting plans

After getting responses back from the membership on plans for a TC meeting
in Vancouver, here is my proposal. 

I would like to go ahead with a working meeting on Sunday, October 7.  Due
to ATA meeting committments, I will not be available, but I would like to
provide a collegue who is knowledgable in CGM and XML and is willing to
learn enough IDL to help formalize the WebCGM DOM specification.  Based on
the work previously done and documented in presentations and the meeting
minutes, I think good progress could be made on a draft specification.

Additionally, I'm hopefull that discussions can take place on Sunday among
the vendors about putting together a vendor presentation for XML 2001 in
Orlando.

For those still around on Thursday, October 11, I would like to have another
meeting to review progress, address any additional technical issues, and
plan for future technical work.

 Please let me know if this is satisfactory.
