Subject: RE: [cgmopen-members] CGM Open TC meeting opportunity
I wiil attend the both solutions 1 or 2, with preference to Europe. It could be a good opportunity to state the CGMO as international organization :-) I agree with your with the importance not to have 3 legs trip, ... it is also true when coming to States. ----Message d'origine----- De: Lofton Henderson [mailto:lofton@rockynet.com] Date: vendredi 15 mars 2002 23:16 À: Dieter Weidenbrueck; Cruikshank, David W; cgmopen-members@lists.oasis-open.org Cc: whittakerhw@nswccd.navy.mil; TD2c1@techinfo.mod.uk Objet: RE: [cgmopen-members] CGM Open TC meeting opportunity I am interested to participate. Of course I would prefer North America. Either East Coast around the times Dave suggests (when I'm in Montreal), or later in June in Denver (notice how I'm volunteering Kevin!). First choice: a N.A. East Coast city; second choice would be an easy-to-reach European city. What I'd (personally) like to avoid is the 2-leg or 3-leg hassle of going to a secondary European city from Denver. I don't know what it looks like, non-stops from Montreal-Cologne, if we were considering Europe in the week of 17th June. I agree with Dieter that the first step is for Dave to get a tally of who would attend if: 1.) Cologne (17/18 June); 2.) East Coast North America (17/18 June); Those seem like the two most likely dates/locations for those who have spoken so far. Other possibilities... 3.) interior North America (Colorado, Texas, ... sometime) 4.) other suggestions? -Lofton.
