[cgmopen-members] WebCGM TS upgrade

CGM Open members --

Attached is a zip file that can be used to upgrade your copy of the WebCGM 
Test Suite Release 1.0.  Eventually I will integrate it and make a new 
public release of the TS, but that will be after adding some new test cases.

This upgrade adds "traceability" to the TS -- each (dynamic) test is 
traceable back to the test assertions in the WebCGM 1.0 Second Release 
specification, and ultimately to text in the (W3C-resident) spec 
itself.  (Actually, only the "principal test assertion" is linked -- a 
near-future enhancement will give access multiple key test assertions per 
test case.)

What is in the upgrade package is a set of new HTML harness and navigation 
pages.  If you have a current installation of the WebCGM TS, put this zip 
file in its "home" directory (where introPage.html, etc, are found) and 
unzip it.  You're upgraded.

If you don't have WebCGM TS installed, download it from [1], make a home 
directory for it, and unzip it there.

See the new "Help" button, alongside the "WebCGM Reference" button.  Note 
that you can right-click the latter and get the option to open in new 
window, if you don't like it opening in the bottom (operator script) frame.
