Thanks for this.

One thing I might suggest -- that the interop stuff be postponed until 
Wednesday, when Franck will be there.  He is (de facto) the keeper of the 
interop problems log, and initiator of lots of the issues.  Or maybe, we 
can do a bit of preliminary look and talk, and then postpone the rest.
