To help you determine is a person is eligible to participate in OASIS TCs
we've created a page listing individual members at
http://www.oasis-open.org/members/Individual_Members.shtml

This page is not linked to from any other page for privacy reasons; you have
to use this URL to get there.

So, when you get a subscription request, first check their domain name
against the list of OASIS member organziations at
http://www.oasis-open.org/about/index.shtml, then check to see if they are
an Individual member. If this results in a negative, send email to the
person asking them if/how they are a member; the above lists could be a week
or so old.
