Please excuse the very late reply, but the HumanMarkup TC was 
finishing its first specification candidate.

Now that it is finished and in public review, I, as vice-chair, would 
like to explore joining this Joint Committee. HumanMarkup will be 
relevant to post-authentication, in-depth personalization profile 
development, which may be related to secondary security concerns.

I have looked at the Joint Committee web page and it seems like there 
are several areas where our interests overlap. Would it be 
appropriate for me to listen in on the next meeting?
