[chairs] KAVI: 4 week meeting cycles?

In the XRI TC, we have concalls every 2 weeks.

We alternate between 7am and 2pm PST for meetings.

Thus, we have a 7am meeting every 4 weeks and a 2pm meeting every 4 weeks.

I don't see an option for scheduling a repeating meeting this way. There are
options tied to "every month", but thats not (with the exception of
February, 3 out of 4 years) equivalent to 4 weeks. 

Is there a better way to schedule meetings with alternating times? Is there
a way to schedule meetings to repeat every 4 weeks?
