Subject: how to report problems
Chairs: We've been spending the last several days cleaning up problems etc. related to the launch of the collaborative tools, and while there are still a few more things to take care of the system seems to be running pretty well. I'd like to remind you all how you should be reporting problems. I'm still getting a lot of things reported to me, which just delays things as I then have to forward the messages to the right people. So please do the following: * For all problems/concerns related to broken links, web pages, mail lists, bugs, etc. please send a message to webmaster@oasis-open.org * For all questions about "how do I do this" for the collaborative tools please send a message to webmaster@oasis-open.org * For all questions related to membership and eligibility, please send a message to scott.mcgrath@oasis-open.org * For all questions related to configuration of the TCs and SCs (but not "how do I...") please send a message to jamie.clark@oasis-open.org or karl.best@oasis-open.org * If in doubt, send your message to the webmaster and it will be routed appropriately from there. thanks -Karl ================================================================= Karl F.
