Karl,

although I do intend to review and comment these proposals, the deadline
you've given us is a bit tight. In general, deadlines imposed by OASIS
staff lately seem not to take into account that chairs, tab, etc. are
voluntary positions, not full time ones, and therefore are unrealistic.
Please be more sympathetic to the 24 hour constraints under which we all work...
