No more Committee Specifications?

I must have been asleep at the switch. When did we loose the term
"Committee Specification"? The current process document says[1] we
only get "Committee Draft" and "Standard" now.

I think the distinction between "Working Draft" and "Committee
Specification" is a much clearer than the distinction between "Working
Draft" and "Committee Draft". FWIW.
