Symposium TC meetings

Karl,

The WS-CAF TC will be meeting in New Orleans, but we have a dilemma with respect
to meeting attendance and membership.
None of our members were willing to pay $400 a day for a speaker phone.
However we normally rely on dial-in facilities to allow those that do not 
physically attend to dial in.
We do have a number of members at warning status, and they would dial-in 
to the next meeting if the facilities were to be provided.
Since they can't dial-in, I am unsure whether I should be downgrading them or not. 
It doesn’t seem fair to me, so please advise.

As a general point, when I found out that equipment wasn’t being provided, I almost 
cancelled our groups attendance at the plenary, and certainly will not plan to have 
a group meeting next year if hosting facilities are not improved.
