Upcoming IPR policy revision Q&A calls

     As previously announced, we will hold a series of four conference 
calls to review the upcoming changes in OASIS' IPR policy [1] with our TC 
leaders.  The schedule has been changed slightly, as we attempt to 
accommodate the needs of various participants across a broad range of 
locations.

     We plan to make a short verbal presentation from OASIS staff in 
English, followed by a question-and-answer session.  We encourage TC 
leadership to attend.  All existing technical committees will be faced with 
choices regarding the date of their transition, and a selection from among 
IPR modes, after the effective date of the policy changes on 15 April.  See

process.
