Yes, same problem seen and the need for educational tools.
Thanks for bringing this up. I've had our contractor Mitre hold a XML
for managers class which was very well received. And much needed. Follow-up is
also required because if you don't work with this it's quickly forgotten - we
don't want the benefits forgotten. That's where our efforts should be focused.

David - Great idea! I have run into similar lapses in
understanding. Maybe this is something Robin
Cover can do on the site. I
agree it should be
at the top level and additionally available in a way can
use it in our respective TCs. Good start on the bullets
