RE: [chairs] SCM plans?

     I don't think that's the same thing.  I took "SCM" to mean a content 
management and versioning system such as SVN or CVS.  No?
     To answer Bill's original query, I will ask my college Peter Roden who 
manages our tech staff to cross-post their buildout plans here.  JBC
