TC Process Updated effective 13 July 2008

To all Chairs:

  The OASIS TC Process Policy was recently updated[1] to incorporate
changes necessitated by recent revisions to the OASIS IPR Policy[2]. The
only change to the TC Process is the addition of two defined terms as
follows:

p.  "OASIS Draft Deliverable" means any of the following: Working Drafts,
Committee Drafts and Public Review Drafts.
q.  "OASIS Final Deliverable" means any of the following: Committee
Specifications, OASIS Standards and Approved Errata.
