If by address, you mean change it - no.

The question has been discussed by the Process Committee, and we once  
again decided that its the right thing to do for OASIS.

The rationale is -- the external files are what people actually use,  
not a cut and paste from a pdf and html document. TCs should be  
ensuring there is no discrepancy, and they just need to carefully  
review stuff before they approve it.

In our judgement, the chaos and problems having incorrect/inconsistent  
files that are the ones that people actually consume far outweigh any
