Subject: Re: [chairs] New TC Process and more - live training

Hi Mary,

Maybe bring back the OASIS Symposium and have the training be a session
there? That would give the best bang-for-the-buck for travel.

Short of that I'd recommend a recorded webinar, so it can be kept as a
resource, to benefit current as well as future members.

I'm assuming that a "day-long" session would encompass more than just the
rule changes? Maybe break that into several webinars, since there are
likely some things that only Chairs need to know, but other things that
Editors need to know, another for all members, etc. So factor them by
roles.
