Scheduled TC meeting times may be incorrect in TC calendars as of Nov 6

Dear TC Chairs,

The recent Nov 6 change to standard time in the US has caused some TC calendars events to be off by one hour.  For example a meeting originally scheduled for 11:00 am Eastern time may show up in the TC calendar  scheduled for 10:00 am.   The issue has been reported to Kavi support. In the meantime, please double-check  your  upcoming TC calendar events and manually adjust meeting times as necessary."
