First draft of the TC Support Request Submission Checklist is available online

TC Chairs, 

Please share the following information with your TCs, in particular with anyone submitting support request tickets to TC Administration. 

The first draft of the Technical Committee Support Request Submission Checklist is now available online. The list covers the items that TC Administration checks before starting work on a support request. By reviewing these items yourself before submitting a request to us, you can be confident that your submission is unlikely to be delayed by procedural problems.

The checklist is available under the Tools for TCs section of the TC Administration homepage at https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin. I have also added links to the form in the support request tickets where it will be useful. For example, see Create & load a Committee Specification Draft at https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-specification-draft-creation-upload-request .

You can also use this checklist to ensure that you know and carry out specific steps correctly. Many of the defined terms and stages from the TC Process are linked from the form. If you encounter any parts of the checklist that you want to know more about, please let me know. 

I'll modify the form as we get experience using it. For now, please try it out and let me know how it works for you and your TC.
