From time to time I have run into problems trying to track down the minutes of TC meetings. While I take this up with TCs when I encounter it, I just thought I'd send around a general reminder that OASIS TC Process Section 2.18, TC Visibility, states: "The minutes of each TC meeting and a record of all decisions shall be posted to that TC's general email list."
Please make sure that your TC minutes are posted as promptly as possible to your mailing lists. How you choose to do it is up to you - some TCs put their minutes in word processing documents and post those to the TC's document repository, others put the text into the email. The benefit of the latter approach is that your minutes are then indexed and searchable.
However you choose to do it, though, please do make sure your minutes get posted. It makes everything go smoother!
