This is just a quick note to clarify what I expect from you all when you submit work for publication, public review, etc.
The TC Process, as you know, requires that specifications be provided in editable source, HTML and PDF formats.
However, if you are working in MS Office or Open Office formats, you do not need to provide OASIS staff with the PDF and the HTML. All we need is the editable source - we will produce the rest from there.
Of course, those TCs that are publishing content from their own Tex or XML production pipeline will still need to provide me with the full complement of formats.
But for those of you working in Word or Open Office who have been sending us HTML? Thanks for sticking to the process but you can save yourselves that step from now on.
