Yes, daylight savings time approaches again. Just seems like yesterday I had to prowl the house, turning the clocks back an hour.

This year, DST will begin in the U.S. (plus Bermuda, parts of Mexico, etc.) with the clocks jumping forward 1 hour on March 12th.

For most of Europe, the change takes place two weeks later on March 26th.

Then, there is the rest of the planet with people changing on... oh well, see for yourselves -> https://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2017.html. It is all over the place.

If your meetings are cosmopolitan in nature, with participation worldwide, you may want to discuss in advance how to manage that period. 'Mind the gap' as they say.
