What to do when you learn someone is no longer eligible to be a member of the TC

Hello OASIS chairs, 

We've had this happen a couple of times lately so I just thought I'd let everyone know how to handle it. 

In a nutshell: please don't remove people from the roster of your TC yourself. Jill Smith may have moved on to a new job so you know that she won't be a TC member any longer. But because of the way TC membership interacts with obligations, it is important that we handle the removal. 

If you know or suspect that someone has moved on, for whatever reason, please email Barbara Erbes at barbara.erbes@oasis-open.org and let her know. Barb will confirm with the organization's primary representative and make the appropriate adjustments to the records.
