I'm not sure who makes these decisions but if you have international representatives on your committees, you'll want to know:
US clocks "spring forward" on Sunday, March 14th.
European clocks follow suit on Sunday, March 28th.
Asian clocks stay put.
Sounds so cheery, doesn't it? "Spring!" Anyhow, you're forewarned.
