Hi all

I have created the CIQ pages on the OASIS web site. Please have
a look at it and give me feedback.

I now have a data specialist in name and address working for me trying out
different foreign address data on xNAL DTD. The DTD is now flexible
enough and more rich to handle different types of address data.
All I have to do was to relax some tight rules (which were more
to do with the postal rules) and things started to work pretty well.
I have also added more attributes to the address spec. to cater
for address indicators.

Will keep you updated. I have now started to write the spec. document
for xAL.
