I didn't have enough time to fix the specs before publishing. This is the next step now.

Yes, I am working through the specs. So far a few typos/English things,  but the sense seems fine.

Will struggle to complete today/tomorrow but will try.

Am marking up a hard copy. Maybe pass it over to Max again? That seemed to work OK last time.

This is a reminder regarding the review of CIQ TC Specs. V3.0.

The reviews must be completed by 16 January 2006 as we need

to move to the next stage, i.e. vote on the specs. for approval

as a committee specs./draft.
