CIQ TC,

 

We need to soon vote on our IPR policy. We do not have any patents, IPR or

any licenses asociated with CIQ TC since we started work in 2000. But we need

a formal vote on this to adopt the new policy. We will do this before the v3.0

specs. are finalised.

  In connection with the public review of CIQ v3.0, we call your attention to the OASIS IPR Policy applicable to the work of this technical committee, which can be found at [1]. All members o the TC should be familiar with this document, which may create obligations regarding the disclosure and availability of a member's patent, copyright, trademark and license rights that read on an approved OASIS specification. OASIS invites any persons who know of any such claims to disclose these if they may be essential to the impementation of the above specification, so taht notice of them may be posted to the notice page for this TC's work, at [2].
