We probably should just run this by Jamie Clark to sanity check it - but assuming Jamie does not have any angst with this cryptic bullet point - vis a vis the new RF/Limited being somehow excluded itself!?!

 

Going from Eduardo's statement - then one would assume not.

 

Fingers crossed we have this covered already - otherwise we'll need to just tweak that one-liner to something more eloquent, perhaps even Shakespearean?

OK, so bullet point 4 of the charter says
"To be free of any royalties and IPRs"

While this description is not particularly technical it does send a clear message. So IMHO we are good!
