Moving CIQ Specs. to Committee Specification status

TC members,

 

Looks like you do not have any issues in moving the CIQ specs. to

committee specification status. I am working on getting everything ready

for this. I am communicating with Code List TC to see when they are

going for their 15 days public review. I just want to makes sure that v1.0

CS of Code List specs. is implemented in v3.0 CIQ.

 

Any day after Sept.1, we are eligible to request OASIS Admin to

create a ballot to vote on moving v3.0 CIQ Specs. to Committee Specs.

status.
