Subject: Re: A question regarding XML Schema
Team, I sent you a question a while ago. Please advise. I do not beileve the schema file name imported in a schema has to be case sensitive. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Ram ----------------------- Subject: A question regarding XML Schema From: kumar.sydney@gmail.com To: ciq@lists.oasis-open.org Date: 25 Mar 2008 20:02:53 -0000 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Team, I received a note through CIQ Comments list as follows. My question is does case name of an XSD file name matter when importing that xsd into another Schema? I do not think so. Please advise. Thanks Ram ------------------- Subject: Wrong case in xNL.xsd includes From: Eric van der Vlist <vdv@dyomedea.com> To: ciq-comment@lists.oasis-open.org Date: Tue, 25 Mar 2008 15:47:27 +0100 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, I have downloaded http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/27597/OASIS%20CIQ% 20V3.0%20CD%2002.zip and noticed that in xNAL.xsd, the imports are expecting lowercase schema names: <xs:import namespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:ciq:xnl:3" schemaLocation="xnl.xsd"/> <xs:import namespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:ciq:xal:3" schemaLocation="xal.xsd"/> while the file names in the zip file are xNL.xsd and xAL.xsd.
