Ram,

What would this entail?  I'm assuming you are thinking a standard XML construct and methods for sharing circles and groups and controlling access to those and the information in them?  Also would be good to have control on person privacy online - so that the person has control over their own information and not the social network service.  I've also considered how OASIS CAM templates can integrate into this - to provide a blueprint for the actual associated information alongside - for example a persons profile for airline travel, etc.  The blueprint would then contain the actual data content model to be shared.
