Subject: RE: XPRL adoption
Thank you Colin, we look forward to hearing about the CIQ activities
in the New Zealand Government, it is always interesting to hear about what
folks out there are using CIQ for. Version 3 CIQ introduced innovative mechanisms (XML Schema /
Genericode) for extending the base standard; it would be interesting to know when
CIQ users are using these methods, and what extensions they have introduced to
support interoperability of ‘Party’ data between applications! Cheer Patrick From:
Colin Wallis [mailto:Colin.Wallis@dia.govt.nz] Thanks for your response Patrick That is good to know. We can use the CIQ list to
update you all on our activities and show early drafts and so on, to make sure
we don't head off on some tangent that is at odds with where the rest of the
world is trending towards. Cheers Colin From: Hi Colin, We are a Data Quality software vendor from Thanks and regards, Patrick From:
Colin Wallis [mailto:Colin.Wallis@dia.govt.nz] Greetings all Here in NZ Gov we have developed a fairly basic (so
far) data model for roles and relationships that we now want to map CIQ
XPRL onto. But as matter of interest we just wanted to check if anyone
can point us to other XPRL adoptions around the world. A Google search points to its consideration by W3C of
Emergency Mgt info Stds, and a couple of other instances..but none that I can
directly connect to TC folks.. There's numerous references to adoption of XAL and
XNL, but less on XPRL… Thanks Colin Colin Wallis Authentication Standards Manager,
