Has anyone else done a profile of CIQ v3?

As you know, in NZ gov we are profiling the CIQ specs for our use in government agency data exchanges. Has any one else profiled CIQ?

 

I recall the Australian New South Wales Police was a big user, but not sure if they profiled it or used it exactly as per the spec..
