I think OASIS has a blanket policy on diacritics but I don’t know what it is…J

I have been reading through CIQ and can not find any information on diacritics.

 

All the examples of formats of names do not show any diacritics, but I can not find anything that specifically states that diacritics must be removed or transliterated before sending.

 

Do you know what the position is?
