Genericode 1.0 published

The genericode 1.0 specification has now been published at:

   http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/cs-genericode-1.0/

If you need a more persistent address in order to point to the latest 
version, which right now is cs-1.0 but may change in the future, that 
is found at:

   http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/genericode/

Many thanks to Tony Coates for all of his work in creating genericode 
and shepherding it through the process based on feedback from the 
committee members.

p.s. work on the CVA formats have been stalled a bit while the prose 
is being rewritten.  Schema changes have been done but the associated 
prose has not yet been massaged.  Some important feedback from 
committee members dictates a significant rewrite of the prose content.
