Code list validation warning re: Schematron for XSLT 2 on Saxon

Fellow CLR-Dev list members,

Those readers of this list who are using Crane's CVA to Schematron 
environment, everything works fine using the Schematron XSLT 1 
skeleton, as documented in Crane's documentation.

One of our users adapted his environment for XSLT 2, and while no 
changes were needed to Crane's modules, two serious problems with the 
Schematron skeleton for XSLT 2 for Saxon were 
found:  iso_schematron_skeleton_for_saxon.xsl

These problems, and a hack to patch the fault relevant to Crane's use 
of Schematron, are documented here:

Hopefully, the Schematron maintainers will make a permanent fix in 
the version made available for download.
